Fredericksburg Bachelorette Party Guide
I love a good bachelorette party! What better way to send your best gal off into marriage than a weekend spent with her ladies? Cue Beyoncé. AND what better place that Fredericksburg, land of premium Texas wines and Fredericksburg wine tours!
I have had the matron-of-honor duties of planning my sister’s bachelorette party and my best friend’s bachelorette party. Both of their only requests were that we party in Fredericksburg. That is right up my alley! I am a planner at heart, and I believe having a simple guide to planning makes everything much more enjoyable for everyone.

What is the best time to visit Fredericksburg?
Harvest season is a busy time for Fredericksburg, and runs late July through August, sometimes into early September. October is the busiest month due to great weather- sun, warm with lows in the 70s and Oktoberfest, generally the first weekend of October. Expect to pay more in October, specifically during Oktoberfest.

Step 1: Book Your Accommodations:
If you have never visited Fredericksburg before, I would highly recommend speaking to an event planner or local, to ensure you’re staying in the best location. Pictures can be deceiving! If you are booking yourself, I recommend booking through Airbnb or another comparable site.

German Culture: Fredericksburg, an old German settlement, still holds true to its roots today. Fredericksburg’s German heritage is ever-present in its’ music, architecture and events held throughout the year. History buffs will enjoy walking tours of the historic district, Lyndon B. Johnson Historical National Park and The National Museum of the Pacific War. Even if you aren’t a history buff, if you don’t grab a schnitzel and a German bier, you are seriously missing out.
